Now imagine that you have the ability to put links like the ones below on your web page that will allow authorized customers/vendors/prospects etc access to live information from your database in a secure web environment, all from a highly customizable web page from your website! In simple terms, we're talking e-commerce here people.  That's the idea behind the PaperSoft Web Modules. Once the modules are installed on a properly configured system, giving authorized users access to information from your PaperSoft database is as simple as adding links like the ones below!

	Web Profile Administration A web-enabled profile administration area where group access profiles area maintained. This module lets you create security profiles that you may then assign group members to. This will allow you to create a few blanket security profiles that you can assign many users to, saving you the time and effort of specifying security options for each new user. This is similar in concept to groups under Windows NT.
	View Inventory By Lot A web-enabled version of the "View Inventory By Lot" report. This service logs individual logins as well as each query that a user runs. There is also an e-mail option that the user may choose to contact his/her salesman. The e-mail will contain information on the latest query run by the user as well as how many records that query returned.
	Order Status An on-line order status page. The user can also view order line detail of produced, shipped, as-is, and parent items. As with all of the PaperSoft Web Modules, each page is customizable so that you can hide as much or as little information from the end user as you wish.
	Sheet Quoter An on-line quoting system based on standard pricing by customer and product.  Products are defined for grades/basis weights/calipers and sizes of sheets.  Freight can automatically be added into the quoted price.  The customer can print a final quote directly from the website.  You have complete visibility to what quotes have been generated as well as details about the user that requested the quote.
	Drop Shipments This module will use the users login to determine whether the user is a vendor or a customer. If the user is a vendor, then he will be presented with a screen detailing all open PO's for your dropship customers. He will then enter appropriate shipping/load information and submit this back through the web module into PaperSoft. When a customer logs into the web module, he is presented with a list of open dropship orders. The customer also has visibility of any loads that the vendor has shipped that may not have arrived yet. When a load does arrive, the customer can log in and update the shipment weight etc. Once the customer finalizes order receipt, the order shows up in the Select Orders to Invoice screen in PaperSoft. A typical dropship transaction would involve you creating the order, PO and load information, then waiting for shipping information from your vendor and receipt/weight confirmation from your customer etc etc... With this module, you create the order and PO, and let your vendor and customer do the rest.
